Terms and Conditions
Effective 5 October 2026
Please read these conditions before you book. They form the agreement between you and us whenever you phone, send a WhatsApp message, or ask for a price through this website. Going ahead with an enquiry or a booking means you accept them. If any part is unacceptable to you, do not book.
The service we provide
We run a mobile vehicle service in the United Arab Emirates. A technician travels to the vehicle instead of the vehicle travelling to a garage.
The work we offer covers supplying and fitting car batteries, testing batteries and charging systems, jump starts and roadside help. Certain mechanical and body repairs are carried out through partner workshops, and we tell you when that is the case.
We do not manufacture batteries or parts. Whatever we fit is made by someone else, and the maker's warranty is passed to you as set out further down.
Where and when we work
Our home area is Al Nahda, on both the Dubai and the Sharjah side, together with the neighbouring districts named on this website. A job in a different emirate from our base, or outside the listed districts, is accepted only once we have confirmed it at booking, and any extra cost is stated before a technician leaves.
We try to be available at every hour of every day. Even so, the number of jobs in hand, road closures, heavy traffic and bad weather can all mean that nobody is free at the moment you call, and we make no promise of immediate availability.
Arrival times
Every arrival time you see or hear from us, whether on a page of this site, in a chat or on a call, is our best estimate. It is worked out from normal traffic and from where the closest technician happens to be.
An estimate is not a guarantee and does not form a term of the contract. Congestion on the Dubai to Sharjah roads, building access rules and a sudden rise in demand can each lengthen it. Should the time move significantly we will let you know, and you are free to cancel without charge at any point before the technician reaches you.
Prices, quotations and how you pay
Figures published on this site are guide prices for typical cars and batteries. Your price is the one we send you in writing, by message, for your own vehicle before anyone is dispatched.
Unless we say differently, that written price includes the battery or part, travel to you, fitting, and taking the old battery away. If the technician finds something further on arrival, such as a failed alternator, badly corroded terminals or an unusual battery mounting, it is priced separately and done only if you agree.
VAT is included wherever it is chargeable. You pay when the work is finished, unless a different arrangement has been confirmed in writing. The payment methods we accept are those advertised when you book.
If you decide to spread the cost through an instalment provider, that agreement is made between you and the provider. Its conditions, charges and any credit assessment are the provider's own, and we take no part in them.
The battery we remove
The old battery is taken away and sent for recycling through licensed handlers, unless you ask to keep it while the technician is still with you. After it has left the site it belongs to us and we cannot bring it back.
Warranty cover
Each battery we supply comes with its manufacturer's warranty. The length varies from model to model and is printed on your invoice. Any longer period mentioned in our advertising is the longest available in our range and does not apply to every battery.
The warranty answers for faults in manufacture and for early failure in ordinary use. It does not answer for impact or other physical damage, for a battery drained by lights or accessories left on, for fire, flooding or collision, for charging with unsuitable equipment, for alterations, or for harm done by a defect elsewhere in the car, the usual culprits being a weak alternator or a hidden electrical drain.
To make a claim, send us the invoice details. The battery is tested first, and where the claim stands we replace it on the manufacturer's terms. Separately, we stand behind our own fitting work for 30 days from the day of the job.
What we need from you
- Correct details of the car, where it is and what it is doing. A wrong model or year can send the wrong battery.
- Your presence, or that of someone you have authorised, and your confirmation that you have the right to order work on the vehicle.
- Safe and lawful access for the technician, including through security gates, into basement car parks and onto private land.
- Advance warning of anything out of the ordinary: an aftermarket alarm or immobiliser, a battery in an unusual place, a start-stop or AGM requirement, or a fault the car already has.
- Valuables removed from the car or put out of sight before work begins.
Limits on our responsibility
Taking a battery off a car can wipe settings held in temporary memory. Radio stations and security codes, the clock, window and seat positions and some driver-aid settings are typical examples. We work carefully to avoid this, but we cannot accept liability for such resets or for codes that were never given to us.
Nor are we liable for faults that existed before we arrived, for damage arising from conditions we had no reasonable way of spotting, or for knock-on losses such as a missed flight or meeting, lost earnings, a tow you arranged yourself, or a hire car.
Where the law does not allow liability to be excluded, ours is capped at the sum you paid for the service concerned.
Cancelling a booking
There is no charge for cancelling before the technician reaches you. If the technician has already made the journey and the job is called off on arrival for a reason beyond our control, a call-out fee may be due. You will have been told the amount before dispatch.
We may refuse or halt a job where the place is unsafe, where the car cannot be reached, where the vehicle or the fault falls outside our work, or where nobody present is able to authorise it.
Records of calls and messages
We keep a record of phone and messaging conversations with customers. It lets us send the right technician, confirm what was agreed and deal with later warranty claims. Our Privacy Policy describes how that information is looked after.
Using this website
The words, design, pictures, drawings and code on this site are owned by us or licensed to us. They are there to help you decide whether to book. Copying, scraping, republishing or reselling any of it needs our written consent.
Battery sizes, vehicle data, maps and arrival estimates on the site are a guide and nothing more. Some of it comes from outside sources and may be incomplete or out of date, so check the fitment and the price with us before relying on it.
You must not disrupt the site, try to get into parts of it you are not entitled to, or use automated tools to submit bogus bookings.
Services run by other companies
The site links to, and depends on, services operated by others. These include messaging apps, map providers, analytics and advertising platforms and instalment payment companies. We have no control over them and take no responsibility for what they publish or how they treat your data. Their own terms and privacy notices govern your use of them.
Updates to these conditions
These conditions will change from time to time as the service develops. A booking is governed by the version shown on this page on the day it is made. The date under the heading tells you when the text was last revised.
Law and courts
The laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, govern these conditions. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Getting in touch
