The Price Is Agreed Before the Van Moves

You send the make, model and year. We reply on WhatsApp with one figure that covers the battery, the fitting and the warranty paperwork, and there is no call-out charge on top.

That figure does not change at the car unless a separate fault is found and you agree to the extra work. Nothing is paid until the new battery is in and the engine has started.

Every Visit Starts With a Test

The technician measures the battery, the alternator and the starter draw before recommending anything, and shows you the readings. If the battery passes, we tell you where the real fault lies and you owe nothing for the check.

What the Van Carries

More than batteries, because a modern car needs more than two spanners:

A portable booster pack and a battery tester that go down to the basement with the technician
A memory keeper, so the radio, clock and window settings survive the swap
A scan tool to register AGM and EFB batteries with the car's computer
Terminal cleaners and spare clamps for corroded connections

The Old Battery Is Recycled

A used car battery contains lead and acid and must not go in general waste. It leaves with the technician and goes to a licensed recycler. You are not charged for that and do not have to arrange anything.
