Jump Start or New Battery: How We Tell
The boost only gets the engine running. What matters is the test that follows. With the engine on, the tester measures what the alternator is putting out, and with it off again, how much starting current the battery can still deliver against the figure printed on its label.
A battery that was drained by a light left on and still tests healthy needs nothing more than a decent drive. A battery that is past two years old and fails the test will leave you stranded again, usually within days. A jump start is a way to reach help. It is not a cure for a worn-out battery.
Why We Use a Booster Pack and Not a Second Car
Most Al Nahda cars are parked nose-in against a basement wall with a pillar on one side, so getting a donor car close enough for jump leads is rarely possible. A booster pack is carried down in one hand and works in any bay.

Keep the engine running and drive, if you can, for half an hour or more at a steady speed. Idling in the basement with the AC on puts very little back, and switching off at the first shop may leave you needing a second boost.
A deeply flat battery will not recover fully from one drive. It needs a long run or a proper charger, and if the next cold start is slow again, the battery has told you what it needs.
